Contract Description
De gemeente Alkmaar verzorgt tijdelijke huisvesting voor circa 150 huurders, bestaande uit statushouders en spoedzoekers. Deze doelgroep maakt gebruik van gemeentelijke woonvoorzieningen en betaalt hiervoor huur en servicekosten. De gemeente beschikt momenteel niet over de capaciteit en systemen om de huuradministratie en incasso zelfstandig uit te voeren. Deze dienstverlening is daarom extern belegd. Na een pilot met Pinedo Makelaardij B.V., lopend tot 1 september 2026, is besloten de opdracht structureel aan te besteden. Gezien de contractwaarde en de verwachte looptijd van het programma tot circa 2035 betreft dit een meerjarige opdracht. Ca. 260.000 EUR
