De te contracteren dienstverlening bestaat concreet uit: Beantwoording gespecialiseerde technische/ruimtelijke vragen over windenergie met een vooraf per vraag af te spreken reactietermijn | Advisering in proces en procedures rondom projectMER windprojecten | Uitvoeren van alternatievenonderzoek ten behoeve van projectMERren |Korte technische onderzoeken zoals ruimtelijke analyses zon/wind | Algemene advisering in actualiteiten rondom windenergie, zoals wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en marktontwikkelingen door middel van één (digitaal) bijpraatmoment per jaar | Organisatie van dit bijpraatmoment ligt bij de gezamenlijke opdrachtnemers |Het bijwonen van kennissessies/informatieavonden om toelichting te geven aan omwonenden en eventueel andere geïnteresseerden, zoals (dorps)raden.
