Contract Description
la società Pier 38 s.r.l. (con istanza prot. AdSP n.60399 del 02.12.2025) ha chiesto la variazione, ex art. 24 comma secondo, primo periodo Reg. Cod. Nav., dell’atto formale n. 79/24, per la chiusura (tramite vetrata) di una porzione del manufatto (mq 218) ad esso assentito, sito presso il Molo Trapezoidale, per posizionare tavoli e sedie per la somministrazione di cibi e bevande, nell’ambito dell’attività svolta dal concessionario. Il presente avviso è pubblicato per 30 giorni solari e consecutivi sulla GURI n. 56 del 16.05.2026, sulla GUUE, sull’ Albo Pretorio del Comune di Palermo e sull’Albo Pretorio on line di questo Ente (www.adsppalermo.it). SI AVVISA CHE Tutti coloro che possano avervi interesse possono presentare, entro il termine di 30 giorni dalla data di pubblicazione sulla GURI, osservazioni e/opposizioni e/o domande concorrenti, conformemente al Regolamento interno d’uso delle aree demaniali marittime, avvertendo che trascorso il termine stabilito si darà corso ai superiori procedimenti.
