affidamento del servizio di sorveglianza attiva antincendio di cui al Titolo V, punto 42, lettera c) del D.M. 18/9/2002, così come modificato e integrato dal D.M. 19/03/2015, per un periodo di anni due, con eventuale rinnovo, ai sensi dell’art. 120 co.10 d.lgs 36/2023, per ulteriori anni due con facoltà di avvalersi dell’opzione di cui all’art. 120 co. 9 e co. 11 del medesimo decreto, per le strutture sanitarie, gestite dall’ASP di Catania, che erogano prestazioni in regime di ricovero ospedaliero e/o residenziale con oltre 25 posti letto
