Trattasi di appalto in unico lotto per l'appalto del Servizio di supporto tecnico e logistico all’attività istituzionale e cerimoniale del Gabinetto del Sindaco del Comune di Capannori. Si specifica in generale che possono essere richieste le seguenti tipologie di servizio, le quali possono essere richieste anche simultaneamente. - Service audio: • si richiede di fornire e mettere in funzione apparecchiature atte ad amplificare la voce o a riprodurre file audio, con un numero variabile di linee di input (nr. Di microfoni) e di output (diffusione dell’audio mediante casse). - Proiezione: • si richiede di fornire e mettere in funzione apparecchiature atte a rendere fruibili al pubblico contenuti video (telo, videoproiettore etc.) - Videoconferenze da remoto • si richiede di fornire e mettere in funzione apparecchiature che permettano la partecipazione da remoto di alcune persone ad incontri pubblici on la cittadinanza. - Servizio fotografico • si richiede di svolgere il servizio di documentazione fotografica di eventistituzionali producendo immagine di qualità tecnica e di leggibilità adatte alla diffusione sulla rete e mediante i mezzi di stampa. - Riprese Video • si richiede di effettuare servizi video che documentino gli eventi a cui si partecipa. L’oggetto dell’appalto potrà essere intergato con i servizi aggiuntivi dichiarati dal partecipante al momento della presentazione dell’offerta
