Contract Description
A jelen eljárás keretén belül nem Magyarországon kiadott folyóiratok beszerzését tervezi Ajánlatkérő 1 év időtartamra szóló keretszerződés által. Ajánlatkérő a keretösszeget 246.068,-EUR összegben (forintban kifejezett értéke 87.600.200,-Ft) határozta meg. Ajánlatkérő rögzíti, hogy a megjelölt keretösszegre 70 %-ig vállal lehívási kötelezettséget a keretszerződés időtartama alatt. Ajánlatkérő 185 féle 190 db folyóiratot/folyóiratcsomagot szerezhet be nettó 246.068- EUR keretösszeg erejéig. Nyertes ajánlattevőnek informálnia kell Ajánlatkérőt egy, az Ajánlatkérő által megosztott online dokumentum („Adattábla”) folyamatos kitöltésével az előfizetett folyóiratok ─ Nyertes Ajánlattevő által a kiadók felé történő megrendeléseinek dátumairól („Eladói megrendelés”), ─ formátumtól függetlenül az egyes folyóiratok – kiadói tájékoztatáson alapuló – tényleges előfizetési időszakairól, ─ a folyóiratok esetleges megszűnéséről, ─ periodicitásáról. Ajánlatkérő munkatársai szintén ugyanezen dokumentumon keresztül jelzik a nyomtatott folyóiratok beérkezését, az online vonatkozású folyóiratok hozzáférésének megtörténtét, illetve előbbiek elmaradása esetén jelzik, adott cím esetében éltek-e emailes reklamációval . Nevezett dokumentum a számlázást megelőző teljesítésigazolások alapjául is szolgál majd. További részletek a műszaki leírásban.
