Beszerzés tárgya: „Idősellátás fejlesztése - tervezési feladatok” (szolgáltatás megrendelés). Tárgyi beruházás az állami építési beruházások rendjéről szóló 2023. évi LXIX. törvény hatálya alá esik, TOP_PLUSZ-3.4.1-23-VP1-2025-00003 azonosítószám alatt pozitív támogatói döntésben részesült, a Támogatási Szerződés IKT-2025-618-I1-00000343/0000013 iktatószám alatt 2025. augusztus 29-én megkötésre került. Egy beszerzési eljárás kerül lefolytatásra két részajánlat-tételi lehetőséggel az alábbiak szerint: 1. rész: Török I. utcai fejlesztés – tervezési feladatok 2. rész: Hóvirág utcai fejlesztés – tervezési feladatok Továbbá nyertes ajánlattevő feladata a költségszakértői feladatok és tervezői művezetési feladatok ellátása.
