Vállalkozási szerződés alapján Ajánlattevő feladata műszaki leírásban meghatározott gyorsforgalmi hálózat menti 9 db pihenőhely üzemeltetése, takarítása. - Pihenőhelyi WC tisztán tartási feladatok - Pihenőhelyi hulladékkezelési feladatok - Pihenőhelyi egyéb feladatok (pihenőhelyi zöldfelület és gyalogos járófelületek gyom- és allergén növényektől mentes állapotban való tartása) Ajánlatkérő a közbeszerzési eljárásokban az alkalmasság és a kizáró okok igazolásának, valamint a közbeszerzési műszaki leírás meghatározásának módjáról szóló 321/2015. (X. 30.) Korm. rendelet (a továbbiakban: Kr.) 46. § (3) bekezdésében foglaltak alapján felhívja Ajánlattevők figyelmét, hogy a konkrét gyártmányra, típusra történő hivatkozás esetén minden esetben odaértendő a „vagy azzal egyenértékű” kifejezés.
