Contract Description
Im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeit betreibt die Rheinland-Pfalz Tourismus GmbH (RPT) die Websites www.rlp-tourismus.com (mehrsprachig), mice.rlp-tourismus.com, presse.rlp-tourismus.com und tourenplaner.rlp-tourismus.com, die im Rahmen des vorliegenden Projekts einem Relaunch unterzogen und auf ein starkes Portal zusammengeführt werden sollen. Es wird ein technischer Dienstleister gesucht, der zunächst das Konzept und die Umsetzung der neuen Website im Detail entwickelt und den anschließenden Betrieb (Hosting, Support) sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung begleitet (Details siehe Anlage 13a Leistungsbeschreibung und Anlage 13b Leistungsverzeichnis und Preisblatt). Hierbei soll ein innovatives Webportal mit Headless-Web-Architektur entstehen, das im Einklang mit den aktuellen technischen und nachfrageseitigen Anforderungen steht und die Corporate Design-Vorgaben aufgreift und umsetzt. Ziel ist ein solides Design mit einem intuitiv bedienbaren Headless-CMS der neuesten Generation. Inhaltlich liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Mischung aus einer hohen Detailtiefe und Content-Breite sowie der Präsentation von Erlebnissen und Pauschalen der Rheinland-Pfalz Tourismus. Barrierefreiheit und eine hochperformante Website sind Basis-Anforderungen. Hintergrundinformationen: Die RPT managt und betreibt gemeinsam mit den neun Regionen den digitalen touristischen Wissensschatz Rheinland-Pfalz. Über das landesweite Destinationsmanagementsystem Deskline(R) 3.0 und das Outdooractive DMS werden die gesamte touristische Infrastruktur (z.B. Touren, Unterkünfte, Einkehrmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten) und das touristische Angebot (z.B. Veranstaltungen, Pauschalen, Erlebnisse, Gästeführungen) von Rheinland-Pfalz dezentral erfasst, gepflegt und an verschiedenen Touchpoints der rheinland-pfälzischen Gäste in Wert gesetzt. Dieser Datenpool (Digitaler Wissensschatz Rheinland-Pfalz) stellt die Grundlage für das Marketing und für die Produktentwicklung auf allen touristischen Ebenen im Land dar. Neben dem Tourenplaner Rheinland-Pfalz (www.tourenplaner-rheinland-pfalz.de) und der Rheinland-Pfalz erleben App (http://www.rlp-tourismus.com/de/app) werden die Inhalte des Digitalen Wissensschatz Rheinland-Pfalz in den verschiedenen Webseiten der RPT ausgespielt.
