Contract Description
Es wird beabsichtigt, eine Rahmenvereinbarung (RV) mit einem Unternehmen über die Herstellung und Lieferung von bis zu 500 EA LKW Tankwagen Starrflügler/Drehflügler (LKW TW Starr/Drehfl) bestehend aus den beiden Versionen Flugfeldtankwagen (FTW) und Flugfeldtanksattelzug (FTSZg) zu schließen. Die LKW TW Starr/Drehfl dienen zur Betankung von Starr- und Drehflüglern der Bundeswehr und verbündeten Partnern. Das Einsatzspektrum umfasst den Grundbetrieb im Inland auf Flugplätzen der Bw, weltweit auf Flugplätzen in den Einsatzländern der Streitkräfte sowie im Rahmen der Landes- und Bündnisverteidigung. Der FTW setzt sich aus einem Trägerfahrzeug, einem Tankaufbau mit Kraftstoffpumpanlage sowie Filter-Wasser-Abscheider (FWA) sowie der tanktechnischen Ausrüstung zusammen. Der FTSZg besteht aus einer Sattelzugmaschine und einem Tanksattelanhänger mit Tankaufbau, Kraftstoffpumpanlage, FWA sowie der tanktechnischen Ausrüstung. Bei der Beschaffung der FTW und FTSZg handelt es sich um eine Regenerations- und Ergänzungsbeschaffung (Reg- u. ErgB) der bestehenden Flugfeldtankwagen. Es ist eine Gesamtlosvergabe vorgesehen. Die Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung soll 15 Jahre betragen.
