Contract Description
Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist die personalwissenschaftliche Beratung zur Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung bei der AG auf der Grundlage des jeweils geltenden Rahmenkonzeptes zur Personalentwicklung (Anlage 18). Diese Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Beratung bei der Neugestaltung oder Aktualisierung von Konzepten, Maßnahmen und Instrumenten der Personalentwicklung in mehreren Handlungsfeldern. Sie erfolgen meist in Form von schriftlichen oder mündlichen (Kurz)Stellungnahmen mit praxisorientierten Handlungsempfehlungen, von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeiter*innen der AG oder in Form einer operativen Begleitung. Zudem ist die Durchführung von Coachings zur Vorbereitung auf die Übernahme einer Führungsposition an einer deutschen Auslandsvertretung Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung über die maximale Laufzeit von 4 Jahren (inkl. der Option einer einmaligen Verlängerung um ein Jahr) beträgt 269.403,00 € netto. Durch den Abschluss dieser Rahmenvereinbarung wird weder ein Anspruch der Auftragnehmerin/des Auftragnehmers auf Abruf eines bestimmten Auftragsvolumens und des Höchstwerts noch auf die Erteilung einer bestimmten Zahl von Einzelaufträgen begründet. Die Entscheidung über den jeweiligen Umfang der zu beauftragenden Leistungen liegt allein im Ermessen der Auftraggeberin.
