Contract Description
Die derzeit im WDR vorhandenen Softwareprodukte des Herstellers Opentext / NetIQ stehen bis zum 31.08.2026 im Rahmen eines Volume-License-Agreements unter Wartung/Subscription. Für folgende Produkte wird der WDR die in den Vergabeunterlagen aufgeführte Software inkl. Softwarewartung, im weiter unten genannten Umfang für den Zeitraum 01.09.2026 bis 31.08.2028 (24 Monate) beauftragen: - OpenText Identity Manager Identity Management Administration per Managed Identity (IDM Advanced Edition) (SP-AB562) -Prime Protect - Identity Management (SU-AB508) Hierzu wird der Hersteller, die im Kapitel 6.1 beschriebenen Lizenzen SP-AB504 (alter Lizenztyp) gegen die Lizenzen SP-AB562 und SU-AB508 (neuer Lizenztyp) zum Beginn des hier abzuschließenden Vertrages umwandeln. Mit der Wandlung auf die neue Lizenzart SP-AB562/SU-AB508 kann die Lizenzart SP-AE075 entfallen. Die Beschreibung der angefragten Leistungen befindet sich in Kapitel 7. Die technischen, rechtlichen und organisatorischen Rahmenbedingungen sind im Kapitel 6 enthalten.
