Contract Description
Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Vergabe der Dienstleistungen für die Betreuung in Zentralen Unterbringungseinrichtungen (ZUEen) und Erstaufnahmeeinrichtungen (EAE) des Landes NRW in der Flüchtlinge untergebracht werden. Die Bezirksregierung Arnsberg leitet für die beteiligten Bezirksregierungen Arnsberg, Detmold, Düsseldorf, Köln und Münster dieses Verfahren. Vertragspartner des Auftragnehmers wird das Land NRW, vertreten durch die jeweils zuständige Bezirksregierung. Der zu vergebende Auftrag umfasst Leistungen insbesondere aus den folgenden Bereichen: Organisation der ZUE, Soziale Betreuung, Freizeitgestaltung, Kinderbetreuung, Mobiliar und Ausstattung, Körperpflegeartikel, Wascheinrichtungen, Kleiderkammer, Auszahlung des Taschengelds. Für jede Unterbringungseinrichtung wird jeweils ein Bieter/ eine Bietergemeinschaft mit der Durchführung der Dienstleistung beauftragt.
