Contract Description
Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Beschaffung einer redundanten IT-Infrastruktur (Clients, Server, Netzwerk, Peripherie) für das neue Gefahrenabwehrzentrum (GAZ). Die Systemtechnik soll in den zwei Serverräumen, in den jeweiligen Betriebs- und Büroräumen des GAZ sowie am Standort der Leitstelle des Landkreises Vorpommern-Rügen unter Berücksichtigung des IT-Grundschutzes geplant, geliefert, aufgebaut, betriebsfertig konfiguriert und in Betrieb genommen werden. Abnahmekriterium ist die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Anwendertests durch den Auftraggeber gemäß eines vom Auftragnehmer erstellten Test- und Abnahmekonzepts. Im Rahmen von Serviceverträgen muss eine Aufrechterhaltung des Betriebes sowie dessen etwaige Wiederherstellung gewährleistet werden. Auf dieser IT-Infrastruktur sind (virtuelle) Server einzurichten, auf denen u. a. die Hauptapplikationen der Leitstellentechnik Einsatzleitsystem Cobra 4e (ISE Informatikgesellschaft für Software-Entwicklung mbH, Aachen) und Kommunikationssystem MECC (Sinus Nachrichtentechnik GmbH, Barsbüttel), sowie weitere Anwendungen installiert werden. Zusätzlich sind IT-Bestandskomponenten umzuziehen und in die neue IT-Infrastruktur einzubinden. Die genauen Anforderungen werden den Bietern mit Angebotsaufforderung (Verhandlungsverfahren) zur Verfügung gestellt.
