Contract Description
Die Stadt Sindelfingen, im Folgenden Auftraggeber (AG) genannt, vergibt an vier Gymnasien die Bewirtschaftung der Mensen, die Verpflegungsleistung bzw. die Belieferung von Mittagessen ab dem 01.01.2027 neu. Dienstleistungsbeginn (= erster Tag der Essensausgabe) ist Montag, 11.01.2027. Die Standorte im Einzelnen: 1. Goldberg-Gymnasium, Frankenstraße 15, 71065 Sindelfingen 2. Gymnasium in den Pfarrwiesen, Pfarrwiesenallee 1-3, 71067 Sindelfingen 3. Gymnasium Unterrieden, Rudolf-Harbig-Straße 40, 71069 Sindelfingen 4. Stiftsgymnasium, Böblinger Straße 26, 71065 Sindelfingen Der Umfang der Bewirtschaftung besteht aus Essenbelieferungen bzw. dem Regenerieren und Ausgeben des Essens sowie der Spülarbeiten vor Ort. Die Nassmüllentsorgung der Speisereste ist ebenfalls vom künftigen Auftragnehmer (AN) sicherzustellen. Der AN hat darüber hinaus alle anfallenden Tätigkeiten durchzuführen, um einen reibungslosen Mensabetrieb zu gewährleisten.
