Der vorliegend zu erteilende Dienstleistungsauftrag betrifft die Fortführung und Weiterent-wicklung des Kompetenzzentrums innovative Beschaffung (KOINNO). Diesem obliegt insbe-sondere die Aufgabe, durch Beratungs- und Informationsleistungen gegenüber Politik, Ver-waltung und Wirtschaft die notwendigen Kenntnisse über die Potenziale sowie die Gestal-tungsmöglichkeiten der innovativen öffentlichen Beschaffung zu verbreiten und Akteure auf Beschaffer- und Anbieterseite miteinander zu vernetzen.
