Contract Description
Die Städtische Grundstücksgesellschaft Bremerhaven mbH beabsichtigt an der Luisenstraße 1 in Bremerhaven einen Kita-Neubau für 130 Kinder zu errichten. Die Kita besteht aus zwei massiven zweigeschossigen Seitenflügeln, die auf bestehenden Kellergeschossen errichtet werden, und einem zweigeschossigen Zwischenbau mit Tiefgründung, der weitestgehend als Holzbau errichtet wird. Derzeit werden die beiden bestehenden fünfgeschossigen Wohngebäude bis zur Oberkante der Rohdecke der Keller abgetragen und die Kellergeschosse für die Errichtung der o.g. Kita vorbereitet. Für den Baustart und das Bauende des Gewerkes gilt der beiliegende Terminplan.
