Contract Description
Gärtnerische Jahrespflege und Reparaturleistungen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, die Leistungen in Liegenschaften in Cottbus, in folgenden Losen: Los 1: Nord Los 3: Sandow / Ost Los 4: Ströbitz / Südstadt Los 5/2: Spremberger Vorstadt zu vergeben. Dazu fordern wir Sie auf, ein entsprechendes Angebot abzugeben. In Ihren Angebotspreisen sind alle erforderlichen Leistungen einzukalkulieren, wie: - die Fahrtkosten, An- und Abfahrt, zu den Objekten - sämtliche Personalkosten inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitungsleistungen - sämtliche Material- und Gerätekosten (Fahrzeuge, Arbeitsgeräte, Maschinen, etc.) - alle weiteren mit der Leistungserbringung verbundenen Aufwendungen (direkt oder indirekt) - Zeit z.B. für gemeinsame vor-Ort-Termine, eigenständige Kontrollen der Leistungen, Pflegebesprechungen etc. An der Ausschreibung dürfen sich nur Firmen beteiligen, die eine geeignete Qualifikation besitzen und die entsprechenden Nachweise den Angebotsunterlagen beifügen.
