Contract Description
Abschluss nicht exklusiver Rabattverträge gemäß §§ 130a Abs. 8/130c Abs. 1 SGB V zu Arzneimitteln mit o.g. Wirkstoff innerhalb des Zeitraumes vom 01.07.2026 bis zum 30.06.2028 mit jederzeitiger Möglichkeit des Vertragsabschlusses (open-house-Modell). Im Open House Verfahren sind Arzneimittel entsprechend der BfArM-Liste nach § 35 Abs. 5a SGB V (Kinderarzneimittel) ausgeschlossen.
