Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Beschaffung von Mobilfunkleistungen für die Landesverwaltung Baden-Württemberg. Zur Sicherstellung der landesweiten Mobilfunkversorgung wird im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung für jedes Los jeweils eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit unterschiedlichen Netzbetreiber geschlossen. Insgesamt werden vier Lose vergeben.
