Contract Description
Auf der Morgenstelle 32/2, 72076 Tübingen, Tübingen, Universität, NWI, Green Robust, Neubau WIC 2, Exzellenzcluster, Ingenieurleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, Beabsichtigt ist die stufenweise Beauftragung von Fachplanungsleistungen für Tragwerksplanung nach Teil 4, Abschnitt 1 der HOAI 2021 für das Projekt Universität Tübingen - Neubau Pflanzenanzuchtgebäude (WIC Halle 2). Der Standort für den Neubau befindet sich unterhalb der bestehenden WIC Halle 1 auf dem Gelände der Universität Tübingen. Die Gesamtbaumassnahme WIC Halle 2 beinhaltet die Errichtung eines Pflanzenanzuchtgebäudes mit Klimakammern, Gewächshausflächen und Labor-, Arbeits- und Büroflächen in biologischer Sicherheitsstufe S2. Die Maßnahme dient der Unterbringung des Exzellenzclusters "GreenRobust" und ist Teil des landesweiten Bauprogramms. Für das Gebäude ist ein statisches Konzept zu entwickeln, das die geforderte Flexibilität der Nutzung erlaubt. Zu berücksichtigen ist, dass sich das Baugebiet in der Erdbebenzone 3 befindet. Eine bestehende Struktur mit der WIC-Halle 1 kann als Referenz für die Planung dienen. Für die tragenden Konstruktionen ist unter Berücksichtigung der Nutzungsanforderungen, der statisch-konstruktiven Randbedingungen sowie ökologischer und wirtschaftlicher Kriterien eine angemessene Baustoffwahl vorzunehmen. Bevorzugt werden Konstruktionen mit geringer grauer Energie, hoher Dauerhaftigkeit und guter Recyclingfähigkeit. Die geschätzten Gesamtbaukosten liegen bei 11. Mio.€ brutto (Stand Baupreisindex I /2026 = 193,2)
