Contract Description
Die medizinische Universität Lausitz - Carl Thiem (Körperschaft des öffentlichen Rechts) - nachfolgend MUL-CT genannt - als Auftraggeber plant auf Basis der gegenständlichen Ausschreibung einen Dienstleistungsvertrag mit einem Software-Entwicklungsunternehmen abzuschließen. Aufgabe ist die Entwicklung und Projektunterstützung bei der Einführung und Erweiterung von zukünftigen Anwendungen in der akademischen Verwaltung auf Basis des koellisch-toolkit/koellisch-core-framework auf Microsoft Office 365/Sharepoint. Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.10.2026. Der Vertrag wird für eine Laufzeit von 48 Monaten (bis zum 30.09.2030) geschlossen. Der Vertrag verlängert sich nach Ablauf der vereinbarten Mindestlaufzeit um ein weiteres Jahr, sofern er nicht mit einer Frist von 6 Monaten zum Kalenderhalbjahr/Jahresende schriftlich gekündigt wird.
