Contract Description
Ausgeschrieben wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Durchführung von arbeitsmedizinischen Leistungen für die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter der NLStBV in ganz Niedersachsen. Der Auftrag umfasst gemäß § 19 des Gesetzes über Betriebsärzte, Sicherheitsingenieure und andere Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit (Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz - ASiG -) vom 12. Dezember 1973 die Aufgaben, die sich aus § 3 ASiG in Verbindung mit der Unfallverhütungsvorschrift "Betriebsärzte und Fachkräfte für Arbeitssicherheit" der Deutschen Gesetzlichen Unfallversicherung (DGUV Vorschrift 2) ergeben.
