Contract Description
Gegenstand der Maßnahme gemäß § 16 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 SGB III ist die Kombination aus Elementen zur Heranführung an den Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt sowie der Feststellung, Verringerung oder Beseitigung von Vermittlungshemmnissen. Die Maßnahme muss die Aktivierung der Teilnehmenden unterstützen bzw. deren Eingliederungsaussichten verbessern. Weiterhin sollen die Eigenbemühungen der Teilnehmenden gefordert und gefördert sowie eine nachhaltige Stärkung der Eigeninitiative erreicht werden. Die Maßnahme dauert zwischen einer und drei Wochen und beinhaltet folgende Module/ Inhalte: Basismodul - Einführung - Erhebung und Aktualisierung der berufsrelevanten und persönlichen Daten - Profiling - Arbeits- und sozialrechtliche Grundlagen - Aktivierung - Gesundheitsorientierung - Feedback Aufbaumodul "Herstellung Wettbewerbsfähigkeit" - Erhebung von formellen Fertigkeiten und Kenntnissen sowie sozialer Kompetenzen - Formelle Qualifikation - Arbeits- und Sozialverhalten - Coaching und Beratung - Motivation / Aktivierung - Berufsorientierung - Bewerbungsrelevante EDV - Kommunikation im Beruf und Business-Knigge Aufbaumodul "Herstellung Prozessfähigkeit" - Erhebung der Rahmenbedingungen sowie Lösungsansätze aufzeigen - Alltagsmanagement - Lebenspraktische Kompetenzen - Mitwirkung in der Fallsteuerung Modul für ukrainische Geflüchtete - Einführung - Erhebung und Aktualisierung der berufsrelevanten und persönlichen Daten - Profiling - Arbeits- und sozialrechtliche Grundlagen - Aktivierung - Gesundheitsorientierung - Fachliche und persönliche Kompetenzen In jedem Modul wird zusätzlich ein Einzelgespräch angeboten.
