Contract Description
Am Standort des Ford-Werks Saarlouis hat Ford im November 2025 die Produktion des FOCUS eingestellt. Bis voraussichtlich 2032 sollen Aktivitäten mit einem Arbeitskräftevolumen von ca. 1.000 Mitarbeitenden auf dem Gelände verbleiben. Das Gesamtgelände besteht aus dem eigentlichen Werk und dem Ford Industrial Supplier Park âFISP". Das Werk wird sich flächenmäÃig schrittweise auf eine Fläche mit der Bezeichnung Ford Customer Service Plant âFCSP" verkleinern. Um die freiwerdenden Flächen für den Ansiedlungsinteressenten Ravensburger Pharmakonzern Firma Vetter baureif zu machen, wird ein schrittweiser Rückbau der Flächen und der sich darauf und darunter befindlichen Infrastruktur notwendig. Dieser schrittweise Rückbau wurde in mehrere Lose aufgeteilt und umfasst für die vorliegende MaÃnahme den Bereich um die Halle C. Die vorliegende Teil-MaÃnahme im Gesamtumgriff Industriefläche Saarlouis Roden (IFSR) wird unter dem Begriff âLos 5: Baubereich Halle C, Rückbauarbeiten" geführt. Ortsbesichtigungstermine: Es wird den Bietern empfohlen, vor Abgabe eines Angebotes die Ãrtlichkeiten zu besichtigen. Es wurden zwei Termine vorgesehen: Donnerstag, 11. Juni 2026, 10â12 Uhr Freitag, 12. Juni 2026, 10â12 Uhr
