Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses als Ersatzneubau für den Feuerwehrstandort Ahrweiler. - Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses mit Fahrzeughalle, Funktions- und Verwaltungsbereichen - 3-geschossiger Baukörper (UG / EG / OG) mit Flachdach - Untergeschoss in Stahlbetonbauweise, Obergeschosse in Holzbauweise (BSH) - Baugrundstück mit Herstellung der erforderlichen Infrastruktur und Außenanlagen - Nettogrundfläche des Gebäudes ca. 2.350 m² - Herstellung der Ver- und Entsorgungsinfrastruktur (Kanal, Wasser, Fernwärme, Strom, Beleuchtung) - Bau eines Löschwasserbehälters zur Sicherstellung der Löschwasserversorgung - Errichtung einer Photovoltaikanlage zur Eigenstromversorgung mit Überschusseinspeisung Im Rahmen von Los 003 Infrastruktur (Tiefbau und Ingenieurbauwerke) sind insbesondere folgende Leistungen auszuführen: - Erdarbeiten, Baugruben und Wasserhaltungsmaßnahmen - Herstellung von Schmutz-, Regen- und Trinkwasserleitungen - Bau von Schächten und technischen Bauwerken - Fernwärmeleitungen und Medienerschließung - Verkehrssicherungsmaßnahmen und Rückbau vorhandener Verkehrsflächen - Wiederherstellung von Asphalt- und Pflasterflächen sowie Außenanlagen
