Contract Description
Das Landesamt für Flüchtlingsangelegenheiten beabsichtigt, die Cateringleistungen für die Flüchtlingsunterkunft Hasenheide 23-27 in 10967 Berlin, zu vergeben. Die Leistungen stellen Dienstleistungen im Sinne des Abschnitts 3 der VgV dar. Das Vergabeverfahren wird gemäß den Bestimmungen des Vierten Teils des Gesetzes gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen (GWB) sowie der Verordnung über die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge (VgV), jeweils in der zum Zeitpunkt der Absendung der o.g. EU-Bekanntmachung gültigen Fassung durchgeführt. Der Dienstleister ist hierbei für die Verpflegung der in der Unterkunft zugewiesenen Personen verantwortlich. Die Einrichtung hat einen Bedarf an Vollverpflegungsleistungen für täglich bis zu 921 Personen.
