Contract Description
Die Konzessionsgeberin, die weimar GmbH â Gesellschaft für Marketing, Kongress- und Tourismusservice, vergibt das exklusive Recht zur gastronomischen Bewirtschaftung des congress centrum weimarhalle in Weimar. Gegenstand der Konzession ist die eigenverantwortliche Erbringung sämtlicher gastronomischer Leistungen für Veranstaltungen in der weimarhalle. Der Konzessionsnehmer erbringt die Leistungen im eigenen Namen und auf eigene Rechnung und erzielt seine Umsätze unmittelbar am Markt. Ein Anspruch auf Mindestumsätze oder ein Mindestauftragsvolumen besteht nicht. Das wirtschaftliche Risiko trägt der Konzessionsnehmer. Die Vergabe erfolgt als Exklusivmodell. Der Konzessionsnehmer ist verpflichtet, die gastronomische Versorgung aller Veranstaltungen sicherzustellen. Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.02.2027.
