Unterhalts- u Glasreinigung im Gärtnerplatztheater u zwei Gebäuden in der Klenzestr. in München; Reinigg u Pflege von nicht textilen/textilen Fußbodenbelägen, sanitären u haustechnischen Anlagen sowie Gegenständen der Raumausstattung u Raumeinrichtung, ausserdem Sonderreinigung nach Anforderung hierzu. Herzustellen ist ein sauberes Reinigungsergebnis nach dem Vertrag, dabei sind die in den Vergabeunterlagen als Mindestmenge vorgegebenen 11.530 Reinigungsstunden anzubieten u zu erbringen. Vergütet werden ledigl erbrachte Reinigungsstunden. Unterhaltsreinigung Gesamt-Reinigungsfläche ca. 10.584,94 m², jährliche Gesamt-Reinigungsfläche ca. 1.984.656,04 m². Insbes. bei Verzögerungen der Vergabe kann die Leistungszeit auf einen späteren Zeitraum verschoben, bei vorübergehender o dauerhafter Schließung von Einrichtungen ausgesetzt o vermindert werden, iü Änderungen des Auftrages nach Flächen mögl
