Contract Description
Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Dienstleistungen eines Payment Service Providers (PSP), also insbesondere die elektronische Zahlungsabwicklung von Ticketverkäufen über sämtliche digitale Vertriebskanäle, die von den Kundinnen und Kunden selbst bedient werden. Diese Dienstleistung soll über eine Rahmenvereinbarung den im RMV und NVV organisierten Verkehrsunternehmen sowie dem vom RMV beauftragten Vertriebsdienstleister (VDL; der rms GmbH) zur Verfügung stehen. Diese Bezugsberechtigten sind in den Vergabeunterlagen, vgl. D 3 Bezugsberechtigte aufgelistet. Der PSP übernimmt dabei auch die Leistung eines Kreditkarten-Acquirers und eines Factorers.
