Contract Description
Gegenstand dieses VgV-Verfahrens sind die hierzu erforderlichen Leistungen der „Technische Ausrüstung“ gem. §55 in Anlehnung an die Anlage 15 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 8. Ein genehmigtes Brandschutzkonzept, eine Schadstoffuntersuchung sowie eine thermografische Untersuchung liegen vor. Die hier ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind darauf abzustimmen. Weitere, für das Projekt erforderliche Leistungen wie die Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung werden separat vergeben. Besondere bzw. zusätzliche Leistungen (optional): 1. Mitwirken bei der Auswahl von geeigneten Förderprogrammen. 2. Mitwirken bei der Auswahl und Einbindung eines behördlich anerkannten Prüfsachverständigen gem. Prüfverordnung – PrüfVO 3. Vorrichtung von Unterverteilungen und Zwischenzählern (z. B. Strom, ggf. Wärme/Kälte/Wasser) zur getrennten Verbrauchserfassung und Versorgung möglicher Mieteinheiten in den oberen Geschossen von Haus 1; Anpassung der technischen Infrastruktur für eine mietfähige Abrechnungseinheit
