Contract Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung gemäß § 53ff HOAI. Die Planung umfasst den Neubau einer Einfeld-Sporthalle für den Schul- und Vereinssport unter Berücksichtigung folgender Anforderungen: - Einhaltung der geltenden technischen Regelwerke, u.a. DIN 18032 in ihrer aktuellen Fassung - Funktionale, wirtschaftliche und nachhaltige Planung - Berücksichtigung schulischer sowie außerschulischer Nutzung - Planung aller erforderlichen Nebenräume (Umkleiden, Sanitärbereiche, Geräte- und Technikräume) - Sicherstellung der Barrierefreiheit - Integration energieeffizienter und nachhaltiger Gebäudekonzepte (z. B. Photovoltaik, energieoptimierte Bauweise) Der zu beauftragende Objektplaner wird als Generalplaner eingesetzt und koordiniert sämtliche Fachplaner (TGA, Freianlage, Tragwerksplanung, Bauphysik).
