Contract Description
Es handelt sich um die Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Wirtschaftsteilnehmern über die fachtechnische Prüfung von Investitionen in die Schieneninfrastrukturprojekte in Schleswig-Holstein gem. ZBau. Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Erbringung von Leistungen der baufachlichen Prüfung von Bauvorhaben im Rahmen von Zuwendungsverfahren gemäß Nr. 6 der Verwaltungsvorschriften zu § 44 (LHO) in Verbindung mit den baufachlichen Ergänzungsbestimmungen (ZBau). Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt insoweit funktional die Aufgaben einer baufachlichen Prüfstelle, wie sie nach Nr. 6 VV zu § 44 LHO grundsätzlich durch eine technisch zuständige staatliche Verwaltung wahrgenommen werden
