Contract Description
Die Stadt Rathenow beabsichtigt für die Grundschule "Am Weinberg" die vorhandene Turnhalle um einen Anbau einer Turn- und Gymnastikhalle zu erweitern. Die Maßnahme erfolgt am Standort der Grundschule "Am Weinberg", Schulplatz 3 in Rathenow. Die beabsichtigte Baumaßnahme wird mittels Fördermittel (Start Chancen Programm) finanziert. Die Kosten für die Planung werden von der Stadt getragen. Der geschätzte Gesamtwert der KG 700 (netto) übersteigt den gegenwärtigen EU-Schwellenwert. Es ist geplant die geplant die Planungsleistungen für Gebäude, HLS, Elektro und Statiker europaweit auszuschreiben. Die Leistungen für Baugenehmigung, Sonderfachleute, Vermesser, Prüfgebühren fallen unter die 80/20-Regelund und werden somit national ausgeschrieben.
