Contract Description
Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Beschaffung von Fachberatungs- und Analysedienstleistungen rund um alle IT-bezogenen Themen, insbesondere auch für die besonderen Anforderungen von öffentlichen Auftraggebern, die das vorhandene Know-how der BwFPS ergänzen. Durch die Nutzung von Vorlagen, Werkzeugen und bewähr-ten Vorgehensweisen soll die Entscheidungsqualität verbessert und die Projektrisiken reduziert werden. Für diesen Service werden Lizenzen für drei unterschiedliche Rollentypen (Leitungsebene-Top-Management, Abteilungsleitung-Management, technische Spezialisten/Projektmitarbeiter) benötigt, mit denen die nachfolgenden Leistungsbestandteile in Anspruch genommen werden können: - Zugang zu verschriftlichte Expertise (Research-Datenbank) // - Concierge-Service // - Analyse-Team // - Fachkonferenzen // - Webinare // - Möglichkeit des Austauschs mit anderen Kunden/Fachkollegen des Auftragnehmers - idealerweise - ein digitales Forum in Verbindung mit der zu nutzenden Datenbank
