L'accord-cadre est décomposé en 2 lots dont chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les diagnostics ont pour but d'établir un constat sur l'état et le fonctionnement du réseau d'assainissement des eaux usées et (ou) des eaux pluviales existant pour aider à la décision d'entreprendre des travaux de renouvellement ou de réhabilitation. Les essais de contrôle ont pour but de s'assurer de la qualité du travail de l'entrepreneur chargé des travaux de pose du réseau humide pour aider à la décision sur l'acceptation ou le refus de réception des travaux réalisés
