Le présent accord-cadre à bons de commande a pour objet l'acquisition de matériels sportifs pour les besoins des services municipaux de la ville d'Asnières-sur-Seine. Il comprend l'achat et le montage de petits matériels et l'achat, le montage et la pose de gros équipements, ainsi que l'entretien et la réparation de ceux-ci, sur demande expresse du maître d'ouvrage, sauf application des garanties contractuelles du fournisseur. Les petits matériels et autres accessoires concernent les sports collectifs ou individuels, intérieurs ou extérieurs. Ils sont aussi bien destinés à des sportifs confirmés, qu'à un public scolaire non initié ou au personnel d'encadrement des centres de vacances.
