Contract Description
La présente consultation concerne la refonte du système d'information Routes et Rivière (SIR) de la Direction des Infrastructures de Mobilité : gestion des données de la route, gestion des données de la rivière, saisie sur le terrain, programmation des travaux - mise en oeuvre, maintenance, assistance et prestations associées. La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec minimum et maximum passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Sa durée est de 4 ans à compter de la date de notification du contrat. À titre indicatif, la date de notification est prévue vers le 6 octobre 2026. Les montants minimum et maximum pour la durée de l'accord-cadre sont fixés comme suit : 115 000 euro(s) / 400 000 euro(s) HT
