Le marché porte sur la reprise du référentiel de données multimodal du Syndicat, sur son maintien en condition opérationnelle et sur la poursuite de son développement. Les prestations comprennent la phase de transition nécessaire à l'appropriation du système, la maintenance préventive et corrective, le traitement des incidents et des demandes de support, ainsi que la réalisation des évolutions techniques et fonctionnelles nécessaires à l'adaptation du Référentiel aux besoins de l'activité. Le Titulaire mettra en oeuvre l'ensemble des moyens nécessaires pour garantir la disponibilité, la performance, la fiabilité et la sécurité du Référentiel de données multimodal de la Normandie.
