Le présent marché a pour objet l'exécution des prestations de maîtrise d'uvre relatives aux études et au suivi des travaux de désamiantage et de démolition : - Du parking et des surfaces de vente en sous-sol du magasin Monoprix situé à l'angle de la rue Léon-Chomel et du cours Émile-Zola ; - de l'actuelle Maison du Projet de la ZAC ; - ainsi que d'une partie de la rue Léon-Chomel. La mission comprend l'ensemble des études, du suivi et de la coordination nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de ces opérations.
