Contract Description
Le quartier de la Marine à Sainte-Suzanne, implanté sur une ancienne zone humide, est fortement exposé aux inondations par ruissellement en raison d’un fonctionnement hydraulique défavorable et d’un réseau pluvial insuffisant malgré des travaux récents. Le passage du cyclone Bélal en 2024 a accentué ces dysfonctionnements et renforcé les attentes des habitants et des élus en matière de sécurisation hydraulique et de réduction rapide du risque inondation. Dans ce contexte, la CINOR souhaite engager la mise en œuvre des infrastructures et aménagements nécessaires afin d’améliorer le fonctionnement hydraulique du secteur et de renforcer durablement la protection des populations et des biens face au risque inondation. Ainsi dans le cadre de la présente consultation, la CINOR souhaite recruter le maitre d’œuvre qui l’accompagnera dans la réalisation de cette opération.
