Contract Description
La présente consultation a pour objet les travaux de réhabilitation de la plateforme de halage de la section Béthencourt-sur-Somme / Saint Simon - Section Ham - Viefville (PK 07+600 au PK 10+020). Les travaux relèvent de la catégorie 2 au sens du Code du travail. Le marché comporte une clause obligatoire d'insertion des publics en difficultés et des éléments à caractère environnemental. Les prestations donnent lieu à un marché à prix mixte. Les prestations liées à l'installation du chantier, aux études d'organisation, d'exécution, aux essais et contrôles internes, aux panneaux d'information et/ou de communication et au dossier de récolement sont prévues dans la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire (DPGF) et donnent lieu à un marché ordinaire à prix forfaitaire. Les travaux de réhabilitation de la plateforme de halage font l'objet de prix unitaires renseignés au bordereau des prix unitaires et seront réalisées par le biais de bons de commande, en application des articles R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique, pour un montant maximum de : 2 300 000 euro(s) HT. Ce montant représente la limite maximum de commande et ne constitue en aucun cas une obligation d'achat par le Département. Les commandes seront donc passées en fonction des besoins réels et dans la limite du montant maximum fixé ci-dessus. Le délai d'exécution des travaux est fixé à 2 mois à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage des travaux. Ce délai n'inclut pas la période de préparation de 15 jours calendaires qui débute à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage de la période de préparation
