Mission de maîtrise d’œuvre relative à la modernisation du tunnel de Taverny. La mission est soumise à la loi no 85-704 du 12 juillet 1985 relative à la maîtrise d’ouvrage publique et à ses rapports avec la maîtrise d’œuvre privée (dite « loi MOP »), codifiée aux article L.2410-1 à L.2432-2 et R.2412-1 à R.2432-7 du Code de la commande publique. Le descriptif exhaustif des missions (mission principales et missions complémentaires) du maître d’œuvre est décrit dans le cahier des clauses particulières Périmètre des travaux : les travaux porteront sur les issues de secours, la ventilation, l’éclairage, la protection au feu, la mise en conformité de l’architecture HT/BT, les équipements d’exploitation du tunnel, Le descriptif exhaustif des travaux est décrit dans le cahier des clauses particulières.
