La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre relatif à l'opération « logis du quartier latin » située au 14 rue Descartes et 45 rue Lhomond, Paris 5. La mission débutera à la notification du marché, de façon prévisionnelle au 2e semestre 2026. Les attentes de Paris Habitat sur ce projet sont les suivants : - Mener à bien une opération de réhabilitation dans un milieu urbain dense et complexe ; - Capacité à appréhender des problématiques structurelles fortes ; - Mener un projet développant une efficience environnementale (propositions éco-responsables et bas carbone) ; - Savoir gérer la relation avec les locataires et les commerçants
