Hankinnan kohteena on Lahden kaupungin koulukuljetukset kohde 31 ja autot A-F. Hankinnassa tarjotaan auton liikennöinti tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti ja tarjotut hinnat vertaillaan keskenään valiten kuusi halvinta tarjousta. Tarjoaja voi tarjota korkeintaan kuuden auton liikenteen. Sopimus kohdistuu lukuvuoteen 2026 - 2027. Tarjous tehdään suomen kielellä. Tilaajan ja tarjoajan välinen virallinen viestintä tapahtuu suomeksi. Tarjouksen laadinnasta tilaaja ei maksa tarjouspalkkiota.
