Contract Description
Teese Botnia Oy Ab:n hankintapalvelut pyytää Mico Botnia Oy:n toimeksiannosta tarjouksia palvelunhallintajärjestelmästä. Hankinnan kohde kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja muissa tarjouspyynnön liitteinä olevissa tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa. Hankinnan kohde Mico Botnia hankkii palvelunhallintajärjestelmän omaan käyttöön palvellakseen loppuasiakkaita tehokkaammin ja laadukkaammin sekä tarjotakseen asiakkaille monipuolisempia yhteydenottotapoja. Palvelunhallintajärjestelmän tulee mahdollistaa asiakkuuksien hallinnan yhteyshenkilöineen, palveluineen sekä sisältää palvelu- ja häriöpyyntöjen käsittelyn. Järjestelmän tulisi myös sisältää palveluportaalin. Mico Botnian palkka- ja talouspalveluiden asiakaspalvelussa, toimittaja- ja asiakashallinnassa on tunnistettu prosessien parannusmahdollisuuksia. Tavoitteena on loppuasiakkaiden ja toimittajien kanssa käytävä viestittelyn yhtenäistäminen ja tehostaminen. Muita tavoitteita on ongelmakohtien tunnistaminen palveluprosessien osalta, tietosuojan ja tietoturvan vahvistaminen, loppuasiakkaiden ja toimittajien käyttäjäkokemuksen parantaminen sekä seuranta- ja raportointiprosessien kehittäminen. Tavoitteena on myös saada asiakkaille käyttöön palveluportaaliratkaisu, jonka kautta palvelu- ja häiriöpyyntöjen luonti, seuraaminen ja tarkastelu toimii saumattomasti Mico Botnian asiantuntijoiden käyttämän palvelunhallintajärjestelmän kanssa. Tavoitteena on toteuttaa järjestelmän käyttöönotto elokuussa.
