Contract Description
Hankinnan kohteena on tekoälyn asiantuntijapalvelut. Tekoälyn asiantuntijapalveluilla tuetaan oikeusministeriön hallinnonalan yksittäisiä projekteja, projektoimatonta pienkehitystä, ylläpidon aikaista järjestelmäkehitystä tai muita toimeksiantoja, joihin tarvitaan tämän hankinnan kohteena olevaa tekoälyn asiantuntijapalvelua. Hankintayksikkönä tässä hankinnassa toimii Oikeusrekisterikeskus (jäljempänä ”ORK” ja/tai ”Tilaaja”). Palvelun loppukäyttäjinä voivat olla oikeusministeriön hallinnonalaan kuuluvat virastot (”Asiakas” tai yhdessä ”Asiakkaat”). Toimeksiannot tehdään Tilaajan työnjohdossa, joka määrittelee ja valvoo toteutuksia. Tilaaja valitsee kilpailutuksen perusteella yhden tai useamman sopimuskumppanin tekoälyn asiantuntijapalveluiden tuottamiseen. Asiantuntijapalveluita voidaan hyödyntää kaikissa oikeusministeriön hallinnonalan virastojen ja laitoksien toimeksiannoissa, jotka Tilaaja tilaa toimittajalta.
