Contract Description
Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen taloushallinnon, palkkahallinnon sekä henkilöstöhallinnon palveluista Siun työterveys Oy:lle sopimuskaudelle 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2028 + toistaiseksi voimassa oleva optiomahdollisuus. Palvelun valmistelu tulee aloittaa yhteistyössä tilaajan kanssa kesä-elokuussa 2026 ja varsinaisen projektin aloitus viimeistään 1.9.2026, siten että kaikki toimet ovat hoidettuina ja palvelu on käyttöönottovalmiudessa viimeistään 1.12.2026 ja täydessä käytössä 1.1.2027 alkaen. Kilpailutuksella haetaan yhtä kokonaisvastuullista toimittajaa, joka tarjoaa hankinnan kohteena olevat palvelut ja niissä käytettävät järjestelmät Siun työterveys Oy:lle. Tavoitteena on tukea sujuvaa tiedonkulkua ja yhtenäistä käyttökokemusta yhtiön sisällä. Käyttöön osoitettavien järjestelmien on kyettävä integroitumaan nykyisiin ja tuleviin järjestelmiin avoimien ja nykyaikaisten rajapintojen avulla. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
