Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietari pyytää tarjousta seuraavasta kokonaisuudesta (A+B) toteutettuna kaikkiin kohteisiin: A. Kiinteistöjen laajakaistaiset internet-liittymät asukkaiden, yhteistilojen ja rakennusautomaation käyttöön. B. Kiinteistöjen kaapeli-TV -liittymät ja -palvelut asukkaiden ja yhteistilojen käyttöön. Hankinnassa on myös mukana As Oy Kajaanin Sammonkaaren Pietari (Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietarin 100% omistama tytäryhtiö). Toimittajan tulee tarjota kokonaisuutta. Osatarjouksia eikä vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia hyväksytä. Rinnakkaisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Kyseessä olevan kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Palvelut hankitaan määräaikaiselle neljän vuoden sopimusajalle, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana.
