Contract Description
Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (jatkossa Pohde) perustaa dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (jatkossa DPS), jolla hankitaan tässä osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä kuvattuja tavaroita tai palveluita Pohteen, Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen (Soite) ja Lapin hyvinvointialueen (Lapha) tarpeisiin. Hankintayksikkö kilpailuttaa hankinnat erillisillä DPS:n sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, joihin voivat osallistua järjestelmään hyväksytyt toimittajat. Hankintayksikkö hyväksyy järjestelmään kaikki osallistumishakemuksen jättäneet ehdokkaat, jotka täyttävät ehdokkaille asetetut soveltuvuusvaatimukset. DPS hankintamenettelynä on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnön liitteessä "DPS hankintamenettelyn kuvaus". Hankinnan kohteena on kuntosalilaitteita ja kuntosalivälineitä. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä jaetaan perustamisvaiheessa viiteen toisistaan riippumattomaan osakokonaisuuteen: 1. Kuntosalilaitteet paineilmavastuksella 2. Kuntosalilaitteet painopakkavastuksella 3. Moottoroidut restoraattorit laitos- ja kotikäyttöön 4. Kuntosalin lämmittely- ja kardiolaitteet 5. Muut kuntoilu- ja terapiavälineet Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus tarvittaessa hankkia kuntosalilaitteita myös dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän ulkopuolella, esimerkiksi erillisten kilpailutusten, suorahankintojen tai voimassa olevien sopimustensa perusteella, hankintalain puitteissa. Hankinnat tehdään dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän sisällä erillisillä tarjouspyynnöillä. Dynaaminen hankintajärjestelmä on voimassa 31.12.2031 saakka, ellei sitä erillisellä ilmoituksella lyhennetä tai pidennetä. Sähköisen huutokaupan käyttäminen sisäisissä kilpailutuksissa on mahdollista.
